Tell me a person who doesn’t love pom poms? Honestly. There is just something about them that just yells fun. Pom Poms come in about every color you could imagine. They are fluffy and puffy and round. And with so many size options, the things you can make and create with them are simply endless.
That is why when Oriental Trading challenged us to create something using 1 lbs. of Pom Poms, I was thrilled.
One POUND of Pom poms, yes please! Today I am sharing how to create this so fun Pom Pom Patterned Tote Bag.

As a mother to young children, I am always bringing along what feels like one million things to our various adventures and this big felted tote bag is the perfect thing to carry around extra clothes, coloring books, a picnic blanket or just all those snacks and drinks your kiddos always seem to need.
Okay, now let’s talk about these colorful pom poms.
I love the color and texture they bring to this soft gray felt bag. The larger sized pom poms are about 2″ wide, which is PRETTY big for a pom pom!
