How to make a Christmas Hoop wall hanging decoration?
To make a Christmas wall hanging, start by writing out “Merry” on a white doily using the gold foil paint pen. I am SO WILD for this gold foil paint pen. It’s not just a gold marker, but really does have the shimmer of gold foil, it’s my favorite.
Next, cut and hot glue your red and white baker’s twine to the very top of the pinecone and let dry.
Then glue twine to the top of your tree, as well. Once it’s dried, glue the end of the tree twine to the bottom of your pinecone. Basically you are making a line of fun Holiday related mini items.
I really love the simplicity of these wall decorations.
Next, wrap the tree and pinecone “garland” around the embroidery hoop and secure the “Merry” doily to the back with hot glue.
I also added a mint yarn bow for a finishing touch.
Holiday Embroidery Hoop
I feel like this Holiday Embroidery Hoop has almost a Scandinavian / Danish feel to it.
