What supplies are need to make a heart grapevine wreath?
Heart Shaped Grapevine wreath
Pink + Red Felt
Hot Glue
Various pink silk florals
I bought a heart shaped grape vine wreath as the base from Hobby Lobby store, you can find these at your local craft supply stores.
Then using pink, red and fuchsia felt, I created simple felt flowers. These flowers can be made in just moments and then I was able to secure them with hot glue.
After sticking in a few additional embellishments, it was done. A pretty pink ribbon to tie up the wreath and my front door had it’s new spring look!
