I’m so excited everyone. I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time! Today is the day I get the honor of sharing a gorgeous little girl’s nursery with you. Today is Baby Girl’s Nursery Open House day!
My sweet friend, Cali, is super talented and I so wish we lived closer. I sat down and thought about it and we’ve only even hung out a handful of times (we live states apart), but she and her hub are just the kind of awesome people that you are good friends with instantly. Here she is with her adorable little Baby Girl.
She also just opened an Etsy store called, *Make Merry, where she sells the most adorable boxes of paper products to celebrate all life’s fun occasions! I think my favorite is the peach & navy box. You absolutely must check these out for your next party. {make sure to read to the end for some VERY exciting news.}
Ok, enough business chat let’s get to her adorable little girl’s nursery!
What was your inspiration for this room?
Delineate Your Dwelling readers, it’s a joy to share with you our nursery for our sweet baby, Emma Louise. There was a lot of planning before a penny was spent on this room. Planning was my favorite part. Executing it… the hardest. Here is an image I used for the overall feel and color palette I was wanting.
What was your favorite DIY in the room?
My favorite DIY is the mobile, but everyone comments on the yarn covered stool that used to be my Grandma’s.
I have to admit, my favorite DIY is the mobile, too! Those are like my life colors.
Tell us a little bit about that stunning dark wall.
What other paint colors did you use in the nursery?
We used *Silver Sage by Restoration Hardware and *Starless Night by Behr.
What a perfect gallery wall layout. Are you just loving those gold LOVE letters like me?
(and I’d be a bad blogger if I didn’t tell you the James 1:14 print is available at my Etsy store, here)
Now, are you guys ready for this? Sweet Cali has offered to give one of YOU lucky readers a party box from her Make Merry store! Oh how I wish I could win this one! Enter below in the rafflecopter for a chance to win. The giveaway will be running for a week and remember the more entries you select, the better your odds of winning!

Such a sweet room! Thanks for sharing it at the party! @DearCreatives Theresa
What a beautiful nursery! I really like the dark paint color you went with, I don’t think I am brave enough to go that dark, but it truly looks stunning in that room. Thanks for stopping by our Cook it! Craft it! Share it! Link Party. I hope you can join us tonight at 8:30 PM EST – Doree
This is so pretty!!!!
Great color palette! I’m done having babies but they would be great for a studio.
Thanks for linking up with the Caffeinated Crafters link party!
It is adorable! I love all of the sweet personal details that there are. I am going to have to remember the prayer tag garland idea for if I ever have to throw a baby shower or even for my own some day. Love it!!
I know, Olivia! That prayer garland is on my “list” for the next shower, too.
Lovely nursery! I have that wrapping paper framed, but I like the use of two large scale pieces better. I might steal that idea!
Yes, you must Ashley!!
Love the prayers garland, so sweet.
This is such a sweet nursery! I love the fact that she kept the prayers on the lampshade. Babies are such a great reminder of how good God is to us! Love all the colors, printables and textures she used!
I know, Carrie! I love the prayers on the lampshade, too.
Beautiful! I love that it’s definitely girl-ish, but also modern and sophisticated. Nice work 🙂
Rachel, so true! Thanks for stopping by!
What a lovely nursery and fabulous giveaway! Love it!!!
This is a really beautiful and calming nursery. A perfect “hide-out” for when you are bombarded with visitors to meet the baby.
Yes, exactly Carmondy! Peaceful for mom and baby!
What a fabulous nursery! There’s so many elements I love: the gallery wall, the yarn stool, the gray crib….the fact that it isn’t overly sweet but more stylish! Your friend did an amazing job!! Pinned!
Thanks, Selene! I was in true awe when I stopped by to visit and saw her nursery. So lovely!!
