Holiday Glade Candle Party

I recently invited a few dear friends over for a festive Holiday Gathering at my home.  One of my favorite parts of entertaining, is setting the mood of the party and creating simple atmosphere.  There is no better time to really create lasting memories with loved ones than at the holidays!  Today I will be sharing how easy it is to accomplish that with a few simple steps.

Holiday Gathering Party Tips,

There are certain things in life that can instantly transport you to a certain place or time in your life and aromas is one of them.

Glade has an amazing line of candles for the holidays and one of my all time favorites is their Sparkling Spruce, with it’s hints of frosty pine and evergreen there is nothing better in my book!

As soon as it’s lit, I instantly start anticipating Christmas, decorated trees, wrapped presents and cookies in the oven. So, the very first thing I set out during my holiday gathering was Glade’s Sparking Spruce candle and their melting wax.  The aroma was perfection.

After my candles were in place, I added some other fun details to the table.  I always contain silverware and decorative straws in mason jars during parties.  It instantly adds a more elegant look and is easy for guests to grab what they need.

I also added simple black + white and red ribbon to create color and pattern to the table.  A few “merry” flags secured to paper straws at each table setting are a fun way to whimsy and are great gift favors for your guests.

Adding flowers or greenery to any room always brings a sense of warmth and these fresh berries in a glass vase of water are a perfect holiday touch.

The moment my friends walked into my home, they all commented on the fragrance wafting through the air.  It was time of celebration, laughs and lots of memory making!
