Preheat your oven to 200F. Long, low heat is key.
Slice oranges into roughly 1 cm slices using a knife or mandoline.
Place orange slices on a piece of parchment paper in the oven.
Bake slices for one hour and flip over. Then, bake for another hour and flip again.
Flip slices every half hour to prevent sticking and to check on the progress.
