Hosting a Supper Club

If you have been around here for very long, you know I love sharing a table with friends and family.  I think there is such community that can happen over a glass of wine, chips and salsa, your favorite dessert, or even a slice of pizza!  When I heard about a new company, Lumitory that also values that, I knew immediately I wanted to learn more.  Today I am sharing all about Hosting a Supper Club using their amazing box!

Lumitory promotes making real connections with real people in your community.  And to help foster that, they take all the work and effort out of it.  Their Gathering Box : Supper Club edition is packed to the brim with everything you would need.

Their beautiful box provides:

– A Gathering Guide with inspiration for hosting a memorable Supper Club.
– An adorable wooden recipe box with FIVE full course meals, drinks and recipes (and all of them looked completely amazing!).
– A Spotify Playlist to set the tone for your gathering.
-Gorgeous Conversation cards designed to inspire meaningful conversation.

Another thing that I think really sets Lumitory apart from just being another subscription box is by purchasing their boxes, 10 meals are donated to Feed My Starving Children, a worthy non-profit focused on helping to end childhood hunger!

So many times hosting friends for a meal or even for drinks + dessert can be overwhelming to plan.  So I loved that Lumitory made every step as smooth and simple as possible.

Since we have only been in our new home for a little over a month, I decided my first gathering would be drinks and a dessert.

I made my first ever Butter Cake… actually it looked so delicious I made TWO of them!  One for my family and one for my girlfriends.  It was heavenly.

Luminary’s mixologist suggested that I pair the Butter Cake with a Bees and Berry Bourbon drink.  I am not a fan of bourbon, but with all the tasty extras you add into the cocktail, it really was quite wonderful!

And it was fun that although we were a room of ladies drinking bourbon… the drinks ended up being pink/red due to muddling all the berries!

It was so lovely to catch up with dear friends.  It was lovely to have the dessert, drinks and music already planned!  If you are looking to host a gathering at your home, I highly recommend looking at Lumitory.

They also have Kindness Matters boxes and so much more!

Lumitory provided the Gather Box : Supper Club, but all opinions are 100% mine.
Thank you for supporting businesses that help keep Delineate Your Dwelling running.
